Action Type: No Action Taken
Conditions:

Committee was not receptive to the original submission that featured two-single-faced, ground-mounted LED message center sign panels mounted back-to-back in a v-shape.  Instead it moved to direct the project sponsor to submit revised plans to include: (1) a double-faced LED sign positioned perpendicular to the church building and in line with the main entrance's front steps and (2) positioning of the sign centered on the north most window, 2' away from the building face and situated in a planter bed sited between the building's pilasters.  Consideration should be given to reducing the overall square footage of the message boards and/or mounting the existing sign face closer to the sidewalk grade so as to minimize the visual impact of the sign upon the Fulton Rd. right-of-way.
